However, IN FRONT reserves the right to cancel sold-out items and postpone delivery times.
We deliver all orders with GLS and a tracking code.

As a customer, you have a 30-day right of return on all goods.
The period runs from the day you received the goods.

The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation or the return form.
Remember to get a receipt and trackingnumber for the return shipment.
Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

If you wish to exchange an item for another, we ask you to return the product within 30 days and repurchase the new item you want from the shop. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process.

When you return the whole order, we will refund the payment received from you, including any delivery costs (not the return costs), provided that the entire order is returned.
If you have paid for your goods with a payment card, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment card.
