How to order

Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, complete your order by entering your details and payment information. After accepting the terms and conditions and completing payment, you will receive your order confirmation via email. Please note: We reserve the right for errors in prices and stock status, as well as out-of-stock items. Discounts given during sales cannot be given retroactively.

Prices

All prices include VAT and are in Euro.
All prices are current prices and are updated continuously.
Reservations are made for sold-out items and printing errors.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard

We only collect the money once the item has been shipped.

We have ongoing campaigns where we discount our products for a certain period of time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you compensation. However, you always have the option to use the cancellation period within 30 days (see the returns section).

Is it safe to shop at www.infrontwomen.com?

You can feel completely safe when you shop on our webshop. We encrypt all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. However, IN FRONT reserves the right to have the purchase amount transferred via bank transfer to Sydbank. We never pass on your personal information to others unless you have given us permission to do so. So you can shop safely at www.infrontwomen.com

Delivery

IN FRONT typically send out orders within 1-2 business days. However, IN FRONT reserves the right to cancel sold-out items and postpone delivery times.
We deliver all orders with GLS.

Return

As a customer, you have a 30-day full right of return on all goods. The withdrawal period runs from the day you received the goods.

Please enclose the return form. On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by IN FRONT. Any dispute between IN FRONT and the customer is subject to Danish law.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, we ask you to return the product within 30 days and repurchase the new item you want from the shop.

The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

You may examine and try on the item as would be permitted in a physical store. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. This means that the item must be unused, with all original tags attached and the item must not have been washed. If the above conditions are not met, there will be cases where the item loses its entire value and you will not be entitled to a refund (does not apply to approved complaints).

If you return the item, you do so at your own risk. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed and protecked properly. Remember to get a receipt and trackingnumber for the return shipment.

When you withdraw the whole order, we will refund the payment received from you, including any delivery costs, provided that the entire order is returned. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

If you have paid for your goods with a payment card, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment card when the returned goods have been received.

Complaint

When you shop at IN FRONT, you naturally have a 2-year warranty. This means that you can either get the item exchanged or your money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Once the complaint is approved, the item will be credited to your invoice. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card used.

Write an email to shop@infrontwomen.dk with a description of the problem and a few pictures and we will get back to you.

Complaints options

We always welcome our customers with a smile, no matter what your inquiry is about, and we are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied.

However, a complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted at any time to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Privacy Policy

When you order goods from the IN FRONT shop, we register your name and address in our system so that we can ship your order. When personal information is collected from the IN FRONT shop, we ensure that it is always done with consent, so that you are always informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

We will keep your information until you ask us otherwise. If you no longer wish to be our customer and no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can let us know by email to shop@infrontwomen.dk or call our customer service on +45 77 77 02 00

We do not share your personal information with third parties, including other companies. Management and customer service have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store customer information encrypted.

We only pass on customer information via encrypted connections. As a registered user at FashionShopping, you always have the right to object to the registration. You have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. By signing up for the newsletter, you agree to receive emails from IN FRONT regarding newsletters, abandoned carts and information about when items are back in stock.

You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link in each newsletter or sending an email to shop@infrontwomen.dk. We do not resell your email to third parties.
